Open Worship Intercession Mondays 5-6pm
If you want to seek God's presence, if you are hungry or want to be, if you know there is more to our relationship with God than we are currently walking in, join up at the Mexia First Assembly building Mondays 5-6pm. This is a very open, free-flowing time. Expect loud drums, dancing, intercession on the mic, some rhyme. This event began as a dance practice that morphed into a worship intercession on the mic thing. I felt on my heart to invite the youth of Mexia to cry out to God in prayer for their famililes, city, schools, friends, etc. If you play an instrument, you may want to bring it. If you like to dance, bring it. If you like to sing, bring it. If you want to sit and quietly pray, good. If you want to pray on the mic, good. One hour on Mondays. You have been invited, you have been warned.
